HTML + Images = Insufficient Memory Error?

While using TextControl .Net in Visual Studio, I seem to have no problems loading .pgn files within HTML files, however, after building the files into an install, installing the executable and files, and running the program from the desktop, the program acts fairly erratically. It will either take a long time to load the file, close the program, or bomb out with an insufficient memory error.

This wouldn't be a concern if it would act similarly while in Visual Studio, as I could debug properly.

Sorry, I forgot to mention I'm using, 10.1.200.500.

I have blindly stumbled upon the solution.

The issue has to do w/ libraries. By copying the libraries from the bin directory created through the textcontrol install/update (eg C:\Program Files\The Imaging Source Europe GmbH\TX Text Control 10.1.NET\Bin) into the directory where our installed executable resides, the issue was resolved.
