Using TXTextControl in a DLL

We recently purchased the TXTextControl for use in our application. I created my own assembly and created a usercontrol with TXTextControl positioned on the control. The main executable project uses this new assembly. I did add the revelent information to the executable's license.licx file in order for the TXTextControl to work within a dll assembly. I can compile and run it and everthing is fine except other developers can't compile the solution because the license.licx file contains information regarding the TXTextControl and they do not have it installed on their machine. We only have 4 licenses and not everyone has access to the assembly I created with the TXTextControl on it.

Is there a way to not have to include the license information into the executable project. Or is there a way to compile this license info without having TXTextControl installed.

We have the same problem. However, with our architecture we cannot possibly do this. Why is the licensing so complicated with this component? Others we're using do not have this problem.
