Kernel DLL problem

The TX Text Control kernel DLL file could not be found.
Occassionally, i am getting this exception when i access server text control in my web application.
When I clear my temporary ASP.NET files in my app server, it is working fine.
what could be the reason?

Re: Kernel DLL problem

Hello Krishna

Just a quick question: Is that a Web application or Web site?

Re: Kernel DLL problem

Ok..
what difference it makes from website to webapplication? I am using TxText V15
I can say it behaves as web site, but internally referred aspx files and dlls are built from web application.
basically i have two projects (say app1, app2), which uses my browser/server text control wrapper dlls.
I have deployed my application in two x64 win 2003 server machines. one with AMD and other with Intel processor.

first time when i access app1 from any client, everything goes fine (temporary asp.net files created)
next i access app2, everything goes fine (temporary asp.net files created)
again access app1, server text control throws the exception and page fails to load.
this is happening in machine with Intel and working fine with the machine with AMD.
the major things i observed are:
intel machine -
Core 2 duo 3GHz, 16GB RAM,Win 2003 SP1, XPS printer driver

AMD machine
AMD 4GB RAM, win 2003 SP1, XPS printer driver

Re: Kernel DLL problem

Hello Krishna

If the DLL is recompiled / replaced, the ASP.NET temporary files must be removed or the ApplicationPool must be recycled, so that the licenses are created. Do you recompile the the DLLs somehow in your processes?
